MarHire Taxi Marrakech — Privacy Policy

Update date: 23 October 2026

MarHire Taxi Marrakech ("MarHire Taxi Marrakech", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you book a private driver or transfer with us, how and why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights and choices available to you. It should be read together with our Cookie Policy.

This policy applies worldwide. The legal bases we rely on and the rights available to you depend on where you live; the region-specific details are set out in Sections 4 and 10.

1. Who We Are (Data Controller)

MarHire Taxi Marrakech is the private driver and airport transfer agency of MarHire in Marrakech, Morocco. Services are operated by MarHire's own drivers and contracted drivers working under MarHire's brand, and our own team handles every booking and support request. The service is operated by MarHire LLC (a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA), with operations based in Morocco.

For the purposes of applicable data-protection laws (including the EU and UK GDPR, the Swiss FADP, Morocco's Law No. 09-08, and US state privacy laws), MarHire LLC is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our official channels.
